This week in industry news, Neste completed another series of tests processing liquefied plastic waste at its refinery in Porvoo, Finland, expanding its chemical recycling efforts. 


We spoke to European Aluminium about why the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation is important as demand for aluminum is expected to rise 40% by 2030. 


The German plastic tax was postponed until 2025. Plastics industry associations reacted with mixed responses. 


Closed Loop Partners’ Center for the Circular Economy published a “first-of-its-kind” report on US consumers’ behavior toward reuse systems.


China’s Ministry of Transport announced new stringent regulations for the country’s burgeoning parcel delivery sector.
